Special Educational Needs
We aim to ensure each boy has full opportunity to access the curriculum.
Through our policies and provision at Inchmarlo, we aim to ensure each boy has full opportunity to access the curriculum. The arrangements for teaching are sufficiently flexible to allow for experience and success, and each child with additional needs is supported through a Personal Learning plan if necessary. In addition to what goes on within the classroom, we avail of other outside agencies including Learning Support from RBAI and the Education Authority. We work closely with the Behaviour Support Team and RISE NI, a multi-disciplinary service for young children, and have access to an Educational Psychologist.
We work closely with parents to help each child reach their full potential through a positive, nurturing and inclusive experience.
