P1 Polar Topic

P1 have been enjoying their World Around Us topic – Polar Bears and Penguins! The boys discussed where the Polar Regions are located by using a world map as a visual, and they looked at lots of information books. They explored a cold Arctic sensory tray, learned how blubber keeps the animals warm, crafted polar bears and penguins, and built igloos with blocks. We have had snow much fun!
