P5 Apple Visit

The P5 boys took to the road this month to sample the latest technology in the Apple Store before comparing it with life in the past, during a trip to the Irish Linen Centre in Lisburn. Quite a contrast, although both trips proved most enjoyable and educational. Plenty of opportunities for hands on experiences from iPads and movie making apps to spinning wheels and Egyptian masks.

One of the more unusual highlights was the walk to Victoria Square from RBAI, as the appearance of 24 boys smartly turned out in their Inchmarlo uniforms attracted a great deal of attention from a group of bemused tourists. Not wanting to disappoint our new found admirers, the boys stopped for photographs in the centre of Cornmarket. It’s not everyday you become a Belfast attraction!
