Extra-curricular clubs
The offerings span the creative, intellectual and physical domains
Inchmarlo provides an extensive and diverse catalogue of extra-curricular clubs, ensuring every boy can pursue existing interests or discover new passions.
The offerings span the creative, intellectual and physical domains, including Choir and Orchestra for musical expression, CAST Speech and Drama for building confidence and public speaking skills and Art & Craft for creative development.
Furthermore, the provision of Language Learning, ICT & STEM, and the popular Lego Club ensures pupils are well-equipped with future-focused skills in technology and problem-solving.
This wide-ranging commitment to enrichment means the boys are not confined to the academic curriculum but are instead constantly challenged to broaden their skillset and cultural awareness in engaging, structured environments.
The opportunities presented by these clubs are invaluable for the holistic development of the boys. On the sporting front, the tradition of excellence continues with teams in Football, Cross Country, GolfTastic, and the highly successful Hockey programme, allowing all boys to develop physical fitness, discipline and essential teamwork skills.
Participation in groups like Beavers and Cubs fosters social responsibility, a spirit of community and self-reliance.
By encouraging engagement beyond the classroom, Inchmarlo actively promotes traits like commitment, resilience and confidence. This rich tapestry of extra-curricular life ensures that the boys leave the school with a well-rounded personality, having developed strong soft skills and a genuine love for lifelong learning and active participation.
